Since I can remember very young, I’ve always looked so deeply at the pain I feel. Looking inwards is second nature. To feel the depth of my heart, mind & soul. To not hurt others the way I have been hurt. From OCD looking at myself + environment through a microscope, internalizing my emotions to sort them out myself, to hearing the opinions & projections from those around me. It’s caused me to go back to the basics. Inward. To find peace. The moon goes through phases but is always whole no matter what side is showing. The owl typically associated with wisdom, turning its head 270 degrees a connection to the past and future. Seeing clearly in the dark. Using a royal blue base with gold accents for the eyes to follow you. We can never escape ourselves. If we try, we will remain in our own cycle. We are the only ones that can get us out. But that means coming to terms with the dark.
